Roof Waterproofing

When applied correctly using quality materials, roof and wet-area waterproofing systems typically last 8 to 15 years. We provide a minimum 5-year warranty on our waterproofing work, and we use materials from manufacturers that back their products with independent performance guarantees.
In some cases, yes. Epoxy grouting and topical sealers can be applied over existing tiles to reduce water penetration. However, for a long-lasting solution — especially in bathrooms — we generally recommend removing the tiles, applying a bonded membrane to the substrate, and re-tiling.
PU injection provides a durable seal that remains flexible, accommodating minor structural movement without cracking. It is considered a long-term repair for most concrete leak scenarios, including basement walls, slabs, and construction joints.
