3. Plumbing & Electrical
Water supply lines, waste pipes, and drainage are rerouted or replaced according to the new layout. Electrical points for lighting, exhaust fans, and water heaters are installed or repositioned by our ST-licensed electricians.
4. Waterproofing & Tiling
A cementitious waterproof membrane is applied to all wet areas and flood-tested for 48 hours before tiling begins. Wall and floor tiles are laid with precision, using spacers and laser levels for a uniform finish.
5. Fixture Installation & Finishing
Sanitary ware, shower screens, vanity cabinets, mirrors, and accessories are installed. We perform a thorough quality check, test every connection, and walk you through the completed bathroom before handover.
