Frequently Asked Questions
Straightforward answers to the questions property owners ask us most often.
Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials required, and the complexity of the job. For standard repairs, we charge a fixed service fee plus the cost of parts. Larger projects receive a detailed written quotation after a site inspection. We never add hidden surcharges, and the price we quote is the price you pay. If any unexpected issues arise during the work, we will discuss them with you and get approval before proceeding.
For routine repairs such as leaking taps, faulty switches, or clogged drains, we can usually schedule a visit within 24 to 48 hours of your enquiry. Larger projects like bathroom renovations or full rewiring typically require a site assessment first, with work commencing within one to two weeks depending on material procurement and permit requirements. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during the rainy season when demand for leak repairs increases.
Yes, our emergency hotline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. Whether you are dealing with a burst pipe flooding your home or a power failure affecting your business, our dispatch team will arrange for a technician to reach you as quickly as possible. After-hours call-out fees apply and will be communicated to you upfront before we dispatch anyone, so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.
Every plumber and electrician on our team holds valid certification from the relevant Malaysian authorities, including CIDB registration and Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) licensing for electrical work. We also carry comprehensive public-liability insurance on every job, which means you are fully protected in the unlikely event of accidental property damage during the course of our work. Copies of our licences and insurance certificates are available upon request.
All standard repairs come with a minimum 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within that period, we will return and fix it at no additional charge. For renovation projects and major installations, we provide a 12-month warranty covering both materials and labour. Manufacturer warranties on products such as water heaters, circuit breakers, and fixtures are separate and passed directly to you with full documentation.
Our primary service area covers all of Kuala Lumpur and the greater Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Ampang, Cheras, Kepong, and Puchong. We also take on projects in selected areas of Selangor outside the Klang Valley on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our coverage, give us a call or send an enquiry through our contact form and we will confirm within the hour.
We accept bank transfers, online banking, credit and debit cards, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and cash. For larger renovation projects, we offer a staged payment plan where a deposit is collected before work begins, a progress payment is made at the midpoint, and the balance is settled upon completion and your sign-off. All invoices are itemised and issued electronically for your records.
Timelines vary depending on the type of work. A straightforward repair such as replacing a water heater or fixing a tripped circuit breaker is usually completed within one to two hours on the same visit. Mid-range jobs like re-piping a bathroom or upgrading a distribution board typically take one to three days. Full-scale renovations, including bathroom remodels or complete house rewiring, generally run between one and four weeks. We provide a clear project timeline in our quotation so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins.
